Welcome to the NCACDC Web Page. NCACDC is an organization of Amateur Radio emergency communication organizations, including ARES, RACES and REACT in the metropolitan Washington DC area.NCACDC's sole purpose is to improve mutual aid for ARES/RACES and Public Service in the National Capital Area. The goal is to make sure that we are all training so that we could work together, that we have a common alerting mechanism, and that all ECs have open lines of communication before, during, and after any event.
